The Goal

  • To increase leads for call centre.

The Strategy

  • Audited and restructured existing Google Search account.
  • Identified the products that delivered the best cost per lead (CPL) and structured our budget and bidding strategy accordingly.
  • Ran Dynamic Search Ads that populate via a feed from the website to ensure the most relevant product is shown to people based on their behaviour.
  • Applied remarketing lists for search. For example, we applied a list of people that viewed a specific product but didn’t request a call-back.
